Product Description:
Single cell suspension instrument is a new generation of cell suspension preparation equipment integrating metal bath digestion and mild shear tissue. It is used in flow cytometry/single cell sequencing/primary cell culture experiments. It has the characteristics of small initial tissue volume, short time, high cell yield and high cell activity. Designed by DIN method, low noise, easy to use, stable performance, with heating function, the digestion process of the sample is always in a constant temperature state.
How it works:
The sample was mixed with high density zirconia shear magnetic beads and digestive enzymes, digested at constant temperature, and tissue sheared to obtain high concentration of viable cell suspension. After digestion termination, filtration and washing, and if necessary, red blood cell lysis, etc., ten million to millions of viable cells can be obtained, and the cell yield of different tissues can reach more than 90%.
